Dr. Cai began his martial art training in Traditional Fujian (Citong) Shaolin Temple Kung-
Fu at the age
of six under his father GrandMaster Cai Ruo Shui.   After five of rigerous
and intensive training has was
sent to GransMaster Zhuang Zi Shen for an additional
eleven years of advanced Shaolin Kung-Fu training.   During this time, Dr. Cai not only
mastered Shaolin
Kung-Fu, he also trained in a variety of both Northern and Southern
traditional Chinese martial arts styles.  

After his studies with GrandMaster Zhuang and
attending college at Fujian University, Dr.
Cai
continued his training with the legendary GrandMaster Wan Lai Sheng in the art of Zi
Ran Men (Natural Boxing) and other classical Chinese styles.  

Dr. Cai moved to America in 1987 where he pursued his education, earning his PhD in
Civil Engineering.  

Today, he lives and teaches in the Metro – St. Louis area and is noted as one of the most
accomplished martial art Masters in America.
